Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Provider:

We use Delhivery courier for all our domestic shipments.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Possible Delays:

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Shipment Confirmation:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking Activation: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after the order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes


Customs, Duties, and Taxes are not the responsibility of Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damaged Orders:

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at to file for a replacement or return.

Return Shipping

We will provide you with instructions on how and where to ship the return package.

Return Processing

Once we receive your returned saree and inspect it, we will process your return within 7 business days.

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Refund or Exchange

You may choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or opt for an exchange for another product of your choice.

Refunds may take 3-5 business days after receiving the product in our hub to reflect in your account.
